Floor Plan Creation

Using a software we created, we can tailor your event space in an aerial view to show you how the floor plan will look, but also discuss ways to improve it for optimal space for guests to flow through the space.

Limitless Communication

Through email, phone, text or messenger, we are only steps away from helping you plan the logistics for the day-of. We pride ourselves in timely responses with both you and your other wedding vendors!

Not Included

Travel + Mileage Costs

If necessary, we will stay at a nearby accommodation for your event . This is based on the amount of travel necessary to and from your venue as well as the timeline of the event.

Partial Planning ideally starts more than 6 months out, but less than a year out. Most partial planning clients come to us with their design in mind, have booked 2-3 of their vendors, but are wanting more help to execute the planning stages than a standard day-of coordinator.

As soon as you book with us, we upload your event in Aisle Planner with our event planning template which shows tasks that we need to fulfill or you need to fulfill for us. The collaboration on this platform allows us to discuss specific tasks for your wedding.

Full Planning ideally starts more than a year out, and usually starts before the first vendor is booked for your wedding, therefore starting right after the engagement to assist with every step in the planning process. This package is our most robust package that includes everything you need to plan your dream dream day, start to finish.

Our Travel

Hotel Fees

If necessary, we will stay at a nearby hotel or Airbnb for your event. This cost will be added once a place is booked.

Mileage + Travel Fees

Mileage fees are also included in your package as long as your event takes place in Athens, Atlanta or North Georgia.
