Fayetteville, Georgia. Home of trees, grass, oh, and this lovely wedding venue called Daisy Hill. It was the perfect place for Taylor and Nate to get married on a nice, October afternoon. We all know that planning a wedding in the midst of a pandemic can be stressful but, #ForButterorForWorth, Taylor and Nate were happy and so in love through it all.
Daisy Hill is one of those venues with just the right amount of Southern charm to make any
bride and groom fall in love. The modern color palette of the venue suited our florals
with hints of blush pink, white, and orange. About an hour from the start of the ceremony, things were going so well! Classic black lanterns filled the entrance, the arbor was almost complete, and there was greenery in places you wouldn’t even think to put it. What could possibly go wrong? In walks the groom himself to tell us he has made an unfortunate accident with his pants. Split right down the middle, our team hurried to try and fix the hole while Nate slipped into another groomsman’s pants. Crisis averted.
One Sweet Ceremony + Reception
The time came for Taylor to walk down the aisle in her delicately designed wedding gown. The two shared a kiss beside their closest family and friends and then walked out in style as the world’s newest “Butterworth” husband and wife duo. Cocktail hour began outside on the patio with yummy garlic knots and meatballs from The Mule House Pizza Truck. Guests could take polaroid pictures and put them in the guestbook or enjoy the lounge area underneath a cool, custom sign.
Back inside, the space was getting flipped for the reception. On the tables were our signature gold flatware, candles galore, and menus that had the pizza choices for the evening - talk about some tasty dinner! Speaking of pizza, Nate's socks were to die for. And forget cake - Taylor and Nate wowed everyone with their MASSIVE doughnut wall display! How sweet?
Vacation...Here We Come!
Taylor and Nate were just one sparkler sendoff away from their dream honeymoon in Punta Cana. Before they said goodbye, just the two of them shared one last dance. Soon after, Taylor and Nate hopped into a vintage, red convertible. We wish The Butterworths all the best in this new chapter of their life and we are so grateful that we got to be a part of their special day!
