Getting married is one of the biggest events for you and your family and our day-of coordination services help to ensure your event goes as smoothly as possible.

Senior Level Coordinator

2 hours initial meeting + consultation (FREE)

2 hours for 1-month out planning meeting

up to 2 hours for rehearsal coordination

Our Logistics

Tailored, Cloud-Based Timeline + Logistics 

For you to collaborate with us as we plan out all the details for your event. You may be overwhelmed by ALL that is on the document, but we can assure you - it makes the day-of the event go even better!

Floor Plan Creation

Using a software we created, we can tailor your event space in an aerial view to show you how the floor plan will look, but also discuss ways to improve it for optimal space for guests to flow through the space. 

Limitless Communication

Through email, phone, text or messenger, we are only steps away from helping you plan the logistics for the day-of. We pride ourselves in timely responses with both you and your other wedding vendors!

Travel + Mileage Costs

If necessary, we will stay at a nearby  accommodation for your event . This is based on the amount of travel necessary to and from your venue as well as the timeline of the event.

Need something more?

Additional Assistants

Our day-of package includes one senior level coordinator as well as an assistant coordinator, depending on your expected guest count, venue needs and length of your wedding, we may require more assistants which are $450 per assistant, day of. 

Destination Weddings

If your event takes place outside of our service area which includes Athens, Atlanta or North Georgia, an additional fee will be assessed depending on travel rates, accommodations, and other travel needs. 

Partial + Full Planning

Need more than just day-of? We offer partial and full wedding planning services as well. Typically our clients like these options so they can step back and enjoy their planning process and hand over the scheduling and logistics to us! We even can help with your overall design idea including palettes, vendor meetings + bookings and more. 

Floral Design + Decor

Want to use more than our day-of services and step into designing your dream wedding? We offer floral design in house, decor rentals and place setting rentals! Let us help capture your vision!
